On the morning of December 19th 2007 a fire breaks out in the Eisenhower Building which is just across the street from the West wing of the White House, in an electrical closet next to the Vice President Dick Cheney's office. The fire only directly affected a few rooms of the structure which was built to resist fire. The bulk of the fire seemed to have been put out quickly, although Fox News reported at around 10:30 eastern time that the fire department was being kept from investigating the cause of the fire by the Secret Service.
As a Patriot and a man who loves this Country and would like to try to explain away conspiracies it pains me to ask the question why, would the Secret Service limit the fire investigators access to an emergency scene. The Secret Service should in an emergency should allow the appreciate authorities do there job, and the District of Columbia Fire Marshall should issue citations to the Secret Service.
It should be noted the at the same time the fire is happening the President is at the Energy Department to sign an unconstitutional bill that puts new environmental restrictions on vehicle gas mileage. While in these days of ignoring the Constitution when passing laws it is unlike that a fire would be set to distract from a routine unconstitutional event. However the question remains with Congress and various court officials investigating George W Bush, Dick Cheny and there cronies could this fire have been set to destroy incriminating documents?
I guess only God knows since the Secret Service is obstructing justice, and the sad fact is the like most "conspiracies" could be avoided by the government being truthful and upfront.
